New entry is possible anytime. Please arrive 10min early before start time. It is recommended not to eat 2 - 3 hours before class and to wear for class comfortable clothes. Please inform before the class starts about any physical or mental difficulties. Before your first visit in class a health questionary has to be filled out.

The 'elements'
Yoga has numerous tools that work towards activating, balancing and aligning the Chakras (energy centers), which are responsible for different systems of the body like the immune system, the glandular system, the nervous system, the digestive system, the reproductive system etc. We have developed very powerful, therapeutic classes to bring intense healing for people dealing with different issues by integrating postures with special breathing techniques, Mantra and Ayurveda (science of herbs). - If you are interested further in this regard, ask Karin to have a talk with you.
AIR
Steady the hyperactive analytical mind and cultivate a sense of focus and inner calm through still posture, Yogic breathing & meditation techniques.
Benefits include improved memory, relief from stress and insomnia, enhanced creativity, lymphatic cleansing, liver detoxification, power of
concentration and increased intellectual capacity.
FIRE
Experience the real power of Yoga that goes beyond the limited power of muscles. This lively, energetic and flowing class integrates Fire Breath with postures and creates a powerful cleansing heat in the body that cleanses, detoxifies, and strengthens the body while calming the mind. It
dramatically improves your strength, vitality, flexibility, mental clarity, digestion and much more. These classes are appropriate for active beginners
through to advanced students. Modifications will be given for more challenging postures. - Be sure to listen to your body and work at your own
pace.
EARTH
A breath-centered, slow-paced class that will strengthen, stretch, tone and relax your entire body. Profoundly therapeutic and deeply relaxing, it builds on flexibility and works on the fascia, the nervous system, the glandular system and the skeletal system (joints and bones). It detoxifies and rejuvenates the internal organs, reverses the ill effects of stress and slows down the aging process. Modifications will be given to accommodate different levels of
practice. All levels welcome.
WATER
Using the principles of water a sequence of gentle postures that flow, compliment and adapt into each other. This dynamic yet gentle class involves
movement integrated with breath and mantra. It is geared towards cleansing, rejuvenating the body and calming the mind.
EARTH to SPACE
This class is summarizing all of the above and more...! This class is for 'intermediate/advanced' Yoga practitioners.
