These sessions will provide advanced students (requirement: still seat of one hour is attained) a chance to practice Pranayama (breathing exercises), verbally exchange and study texts and meditate according to the Raja Yoga System: Breath Control (Pranayama), Withdrawal of the senses (Prathyara), One-pointed focus (Dharana) and Meditation (Dhyana).
Material:
Written material will be sent by mail to the participant address the weekend before class. The material serves to prepare for discussion in class.
